Homemade Mango Lassi Recipe – Easy & Delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango (or 1 cup mango pulp)

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (chilled)

  • ½ cup cold milk or water (adjust for thickness)

  • 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey (to taste)

  • A pinch of ground cardamom (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Mint leaves or saffron strands (for garnish – optional)


Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Mango

  • Wash, peel, and cut the mango into small chunks.

  • If using canned mango pulp, skip this step.

 Step 2: Add to Blender

  • In a blender, add:

    • Mango chunks or pulp

    • 1 cup chilled yogurt

    • ½ cup cold milk or water

    • Sugar or honey (start with 1 tbsp and adjust later)

    • A pinch of cardamom (if using)

 Step 3: Blend It!

  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more sugar or milk.

Step 4: Chill & Serve

  • Add ice cubes if you want it extra cold.

  • Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves or saffron if you like.
