  Ingredients 

  • ½ cucumber (peeled if not organic, chopped) 

  • ½ avocado 

  • ½ Green apple

  • Juice of 1 lime 

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or a small handful) 

  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or more to taste) 

  • 1 cup coconut water 

  • A few ice cubes or ½ cup cold water (adjust to desired consistency) 

 

Step-by-Step Instructions 

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients 
Wash the spinach and cucumber thoroughly. Chop the cucumber and scoop out the avocado. Juice the lime and grate the fresh ginger. 

Step 2: Add to Blender 
In a high-speed blender, add the cucumber, avocado, spinach, lime juice, grated ginger, and coconut water. 

Step 3: Blend 
Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add cold water a little at a time to adjust the consistency. 

Step 4: Add Ice (Optional) 
For an extra refreshing drink, add a few ice cubes and blend again for 10–15 seconds. 

Step 5: Serve 
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately while fresh!
